Same fault persists again and again, VIDEOCON service center-Crystal solutions

Since its purchase, The same issue is occuring again and again after many services.
Issue: There is no picture in The LED TV except voice. sometimes voice is also missing. It happens frequently.
I got it serviced from one of the Authorised Service centre Named "Crystal Solution" twice for the same problem.
1. On 26-08-2017 By Mr. Rajeev, (I have invoice)
2. On 15-01-2018 By Mr. Rajeev, Ravi and one more(dont remember the name)
complaint number : DEL1301180161 (invoice not given).
Regarding that I had also complaint many times to the customer care call centre number i.e. 011-39404040 about the service provided and bad & rude behaviour of the technician but the executive did neither listen to me nor escalated the complaint. Even the executive was not ready to escalate the same call to any of the senior available. I have a very bad experience even with the customer care.
Regarding Technicians They even do not have manners to talk.
Moreover they either have the doubtful electronic skill Or Intentionally they do not want to rectify the issue of the product just to earrn money in the form of visit charges that I have already paid twice for the same fault and not going to pay any more for that. Because I believe the service centre is intended only to make INR 600/- (the visit charges)
Now It has been only a month and a few days, the same problem of missing the picture on the LED screen occured.
