Placed an order online via instgram wherein I was promised to be delivered a product - Cover for iPhone 7 (front and back cover) with scratch proof protection. I paid for the amount in Dollars online (converted to Rs.). The product when received was in a scratched state as attached. I emailed them and received no response on refund or replacement. Kindly help
