I am paying a Marchent through TMW wallet on 2nd March,2019.The payment is successful but Marchent cant get money. Then I am contact with TMW service center on 03/03/2019 in call at first the company said that the transaction was failed and they will refund me 7-10 working days . Then after some days they said that the transaction was successful and they gave me Merchant Trace number and suggested me to contact to merchant , So I am contacted to the merchant but they are unable to trace by this Merchant Trace no i73121 on 25th March 2019 , ii 157765 on dated 3rd April 2019ii907005752695 906023158009 on 29th March 2019 iv906023157765 on 28 th March 2019.Then I ask via mail why there are so many trace number,then cant response.
