Received different items in both different orders,account blocked and not refunded the money

Hello, i had purchased two different items from two different orders from two different accounts on flipkart. One is fasttrack watch and another was fasttrack sunglasses. In both theae orders, i received completely different and low quality products than the one i actually ordered. Both time flipkart rejected my return request and closed my both flipkart accounts without informing me. That wrong Products are still with me and i didnt received its refund yet.
