Puting fake promotions to sustain in market and harm ones mental well-being

I made a prepaid order for MI 10T with exchange the exchange amount was 500 with extra promotion it worth 4500 and for that i paid 25661.
The phone which one supposed to be exchanged is in okay condition and usable the only defect was a minor body part missing....and as per their T&C it was replaceable (T&C screenshot attached)
The order was late as they did for last one year and when it came the executive is denied to pick the replacement by saying that our policies dont allows to pick this one...so you need to pay 4500 to complete this order...i even showed him the T&C part in flipkart website but he denied the order and return.
I order this phone as a valentine present which supposed not to be happening now.
I called CS for the same and the saying that you'll get your refund within 8 business days. Means 1st they accept ones order then block their amount for 15 days. So that he/she forced to accept the order by giving cash.
The amount of replaceable product was 500 with the promotion it reaches 4500. I'm certainly sure that this drama happen only because they doesn't wants to give that promotion amount to me.
And if thats their policy then why they took orders by showing wrong information.
I just wants to teach them a lesson so that no one else suffering for the same
