I ordered a product on amazon worth Rs4990 on 29th august 2020. My order id is 171-6486267-2762700. The product is showing delivered on 2nd September 2020. I didn’t receive any call or message. I contacted customer care and they refused to help stating that we have delivered the order. When i asked them to give me delivery agent’s number, they denied. Its been 20 days and i have no clue about my product ordered and they are not refunding the money even. Please help me
