Sir, I placed my medicines order on 7th Jan from Medlife app. the next day they confirmed that the medicines have been delivered on 8th Jan at 3:30 pm but since then I have been following via numerous phone calls, mail, and even on Twitter stating that its a false update and I haven't received any delivery from their side. Sir, despite my follow-ups they still haven't been able to provide me with a concrete solution, i am only getting false assurances.
Request you to please help, today they even stated that ' As a consumer, you are free to do whatever you want to do
