Not refunding my money !! flipkart is refusing to give me my money back

I requested return of 2 year extended warranty online because i did not receive policy cover on my mail. But flipkart is refusing to give me my money back after lot of calls and time.
They are trying to manipulate me in any possible way. None of there executive know what to do and they keep transferring my call to there senior department and exhaust my time without providing any proper resolution.
