Respected Sir/Madam,
My name is Vikram from SONIPAT.
I order a mobile phone from Flipkart on 21st September 2020 costs 10999₹ & payment paid instantly from my credit card. They ( Flipkart) gives me dates for delivery, first 24 September , second 27th September.
But they didn't delivered it on time, after that they automatically cancelled my order & send me message that "your amount will be refunded in 3 working days." But as of now today 4th October goes up, they didn't even deliver my phone nor refund my money back. When i call multiple times between 21st & 4th October, they just giving me excuses.
Please take concern on it.
They are looting us.
Bank also charging me for EMI processing fees GST EXTRA etc, for non buying product.
I have some call recordings also.
