My name is kalpesh we had phonepe online transaction with Abhishek Dubey (sharad Dwivedi) on 4/11/2020. we called abhishek (sharad ) the firm owner of radha krishna textile, surat . to buy a sarees after discussing we had a deal of 10k. after the payment transaction via phonepe. he confirm that he received the payment and we will get our sarees with 4 days.. after 4 days we keep trying calls and he was giving a unexpected answers to us.. finally we confirm that he his fraud person. he had shared a video of this products on youtube. the channel name is pandey zone . we ask him to return our payment but as usual all fake reason.(abhishek) my partner took all payments he had done suicide and i don't have single money now. he had use my 10k for sending is family to UP . he was basically from UP. we keep trying his call from 1 month but the number was switch off. after the 40 days from the transaction he whatsaap me and asked me to send my bank details. that day he was suppose to send my money back but again the same think happened. now he is not receiving the calls and giving the excuse on message that my account his block I have given the application as soon as account goes active you will get your money. but still not received the money..
We have started case filing against the fraud. we will submit one to surat authority and second to UP authority..
