I received the so called Zebronics H61 Motherboard which was delivered to me today. It was dead, damaged & rusted thoroughly inside. It was not even Zebronics. It was a very ancient HP Motherboard. I have already paid the full amount of Rs 3386. The seller is Kharidiye.com, Delhi.
More shock is yet to come. There is nobody to chat with Amazon India & the "Return in 3 easy steps" doesn't work. So I guess Amazon has cheated me in every way & I have no hope of returning within 10 days and getting the refund. Anybody please advise me as to what to do next. I want to make a consumer complaint against amazon.
