Yu Yureka warranty set delivery delay

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a Yureka device, a mobile handset on 17-04-2015, its IMEI number being
IMEI 1: 911401504973783
IMEI 2: 911401505006732
I faced a touch issue on the mobile set. My device handset was under a warranty of 12 months and I applied for the same and they approved it on 15-12-2015. Since then my Way Bill No (343511238381) for the courier part (Delhivery) was generated on 18-12-2015.
I was tracking the device from the day I had requested for its replacement via calls and mails to the customer care support of Yu and according to the information they have given me, my device was ready for dispatch, the IMEI number was generated for the new device in December. Now I cannot find out any particular reason why they are not dispatching the device from their warehouse.
They assure of delivering the device within 15 working days and in my case they have extended it to more than a month. I call them almost every next day. Calling once to the Yureka Customer care costs me around 30 rupees and I had surely called them for over 20 times. Initially I was given a maximum date of some day in December then they extended it to 12th January, then to 26th January and to 29th of January. Now they extend it further to February.
I have a collection of tickets generated and pending on their part. My latest Reference Ticket Id which was generated today morning is 2052034.
They only give a assurance which is of no stability.
If I mail them regarding the status of my handset delivery they reply me with a copy pasted mail and a new Reference Ticket number.
I don't understand why these people do not understand the problem a customer faces with a lack of phone and wrong commitment made.
All that have been done till now is some sweet and slippery talks which do not suffice the need of ultimate consumer.
Please refer to my case on a serious note.

Dear Sir,
Myself Dipanjan Gupta working as JTO in BSNL. I had purchased a Micromax Tab bearing model no. P480 batch : 911423849196301 on 24/12/2015 from Skyline Communication Garia Main Road. Kolkata-700084 . This TAB started giving trouble since 20-1-2016. I got very disappointed with this product of Micromax. Since it is having one year service warranty I took it to my nearest Micromax Service Centre at Ranibagan, Berhampore West Bengal Pin-742101. But surprised to listen from that service centre representative that charging port got faulty need 2200/- to repair. Afterward checking my newly bought tab told 'nothing can be done with this tab better to purchase new one'. This Micromax company is cheating their customers in this way. Please help so that i can get justice.
N.B. I use my tab with care. This tab neither dropped from my hand nor any mechanical injury/ damage happen.
