LeEco service centre not returning device bought from flipkart.com

I bought a new LeEco le 1s from flipkart in February but on june 13 submit my mobile with job sheet no 201606130338 due to some technical issue in finger print sensor to LeEco service centre located at tilak nagar new delhi. When I submit my phone they promise me to return it within 7-10 days but still I'm waiting for it . I called many times to service centre and care no but they are just ignoring me and not giving any satisfying answer.
They are just saying wait wait and wait when I ask them tell me exactly when I will receive my phone they jst said can't say. It clears that they are just ignoring me I have call recording of all conversation . Please help me
