Dear Sir/Madam,
1. I have given my Alcatel Onetouch Idol X+ Mobile for servicing to “Cell Point Communication, Office No-135, Ashoka Mall, Koregaon Park, Pune on 15 June 2015. It was under Warranti.
2. My mobile suffering display touch sense problem, SIM card slot problem only.
3. I have been told that your mobile has been sent to Noida Delhi for servicing so it will take 20 to 25 days. Then I got call on 5 July 15 that phone returned office and intimated for collection.
4. When I collected phone, I checked for display and SIM slot. It was found Ok. But when I was taking photo at my home, it is found shut down. So I checked for batteries spec. in CPU Z apps and found that it has been replaced by 1000 mAh (My mobile battery was 2500 mAh). Now after communication it can be estimated that battery is replaced by service provider.
5. When checked for image quality and details about the photo, it is found that camera has been replaced by 9 Mpixel (My mobile was with 13.1 MPixel)
6. I communicated with Cell Point Communication and showed the problem. He is refusing that I don’t about the components. You had to intimate at time of submission of mobile for repairing.
7. This vendor is suggested by Alcatel Service Center, Benglore. How can we faith on Alcatel? The fraudness is going on with their registered vendor.
8. Now situation is that mobile is continuously restarting. It is not working and Cell point communication is been saying that your Warranty has been exhausted. This is fraud case, anyhow I want my mobile to repaired or replaced with new one. If it won’t , I will go to customer grievances to solve the issue and will launch the case against Alcatel and their sub vendor. So kindly suggest the way ahead.

Fraud in authorized samsung service center Pune by Veeru:

I had given my phone Samsung Galaxy note 2 to fix its "stuck at boot logo issue" in authorized Samsung service center, Aundh, Pune. I was told that phone's RAM has gone faulty. They returned me a phone which had a different S pen , also when I had submitted the phone it was stuck booting at the "SAMSUNG" logo but the one that I got was getting stuck at the very initial "Galaxy Note II" logo, there itself I got the doubt that something is wrong and I raised questions but they gave me some crude answers. It was late evening time.
When I came home I saw that the phone that is given back to me is not my phone, its a different phone. There are many things which are different than my original phone. I can sense that as I have used my NOTE II for past 3.5 years.
They have even replaced the sticker of IMEI number below battery and it is evident that they have pasted my original phone's sticker on the faulty one that they have returned to me.
They have done a fraud and my original phone is with them, please help me, should I log a police complaint ?
