Poor Product of EUREKA FORBES

Respected Sir,

I have bought Aquaguard-Neo on 10.12.12. Since beginning I have also done Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for its servicing. The present AMC is the 2nd one and valid from 08.03.2016 to 07.03.2019. I am also using Heavy Metal Remover cartridge as suggested by Service Personnel.But the water quality I get is poor. It is soily most of the time. I have attracted this problem to the service personnel, but they deny any problem in the device and tell that the water is good. I have recorded an video on 15.05.2016.

Since this is clearly a treachery of the service provided by the product and in contrary to the claim made in their manual which tell that it gives 100% pure water or no water. This deviation results in poor health of the large numbers of users. Please take necessary steps in registering our complain. We hereby demand Rs. 40 Lakhs as a loss caused affecting our health from the company.

I hereby declare that I am willing to deposit the required fee for this registration for which suggest me the mode of such deposit. Since this complain relates to public health please consider it on priority.
