Hi Sir,
I ordered Mothers Mango Pickle of 1KG from Zopnow by paying Rs.120/- by my Credit Card but without my consent and knowledge they changed my order to 300gms Mango Pickle of Rs.58/- which is not acceptable,why do they make the changes as per their choice.Why dont they ask the customer once whether we would like to go for that 300gms pickle or not.More over the difference amount of Rs.62 they converted to Zoppies points instead of refunding to my Credit Card.I request you to please help me.
