I purchased a karbonn mobile titanium S5 Plus IMEI No. 911309355248322 2nd IMEI no 911309355358329on Feb 2014 from M/S. Mayur Mobiles shoppee, Dattangar, Katraj Pune 411046 on paying Rs.11,000/-. Since the 10 I got handset many problem, Hang, Auto switch off, the battery got heated up and the charging was not stable. I waited for sometime . I had contact to your custmour service center 10-15 times but after serviceing got the Since the problem was not solved, I inform for you give me solution other give me new Handset other wise I will be go to consumer cort

I have purchased samsung A7 10F 2016 model on 20th april 2016.I had charging problem so I took it to samsung customer care center Laxmi nagar.Even in the guarantee period they charged 2500 Rs for changing the charging port quoting that it was due to misuse.we agreed to pay the amount.But when their engineer opened the phone they broke the screen of the phone. we asked for replacement but they said they will replace the screen and give it. since the part was not there they took nearly 15 days for that and now when i have received the phone the screen has not been properly attached. I am shocked with the way samsung people are dealing with this situation. After buying such an expensive phone (30000) we have to go through all this. Now the phone screen is displaced which was broken due to their fault and we have to wait so long for that. I request you to please replace my device as i have already faced a lot of problem due to this.
