Cheating to sell defected micromax product and not giving service

Dear sir/ madam

I am indu chaturvedi. I purchased tablet canvas tab P690 (model code 7000011954, IEI/ ESN NO. 911429250117974) on nov 2015, and i found its display is disturbed. In one year warrenty period, I submitted that etawah, (u.p) servise center 27 January 2016. slip is attached with this mail. They told me that, we are sending to delhi servise center. And I received massage from Servise center, that company will return my tablet in 21 days. Now I past 7 month no reply form servise center. I complaint many time thay give me different ticket id like ticket id – 319535. Micromax should return new tablet but you are repairing from last 7 month. Consuming all my warrenty period, So shame full. Micromax product has worst product and worst servise. So If micromax feel shame than please exchange new tablet with new warrenty, if you are not capable to provide servise, Surely your product shoud bann on market. And return my 8000 money which i spend to purchage ur rabish product.
