Wrong product delivered, I have ordered on 24th may 2018 from AMAZON.IN

Hi, I am nitin. I have ordered on 24th may 2018 from AMAZON.IN the product of vivo v9 pearl black and order number is 407-9819134-4280310 and order amount is 22900 with first EMI given of 2045.37 rupees. This order delivered on 29th may 2018 and I have returned this Product on 7th june delay toward company. Because wrong product delivered was vivo v9 pearl black gold. My returning tracking number is 69743770950 But it's already 14 days gone ,when I called to AMAZON costumer service they told me this not reached at AMAZON warehouse and again & again when I have called they gives a different reason and take 2-3 working days every time so I am suffering with mentally toucher by this behavior. So I request you please take action against AMAZON.IN regarding this matter of refund to my bank account.
