Sir, I submitted DO letter for issuing new phone at dealer on Nadaun chowk on 12 June 2017,but I did not get new phone from company by now. I visited many times at dealer. but they predend to deliver phone. I called customer care many times, they did not any reply.. I have purchased phone at Hamirpur.Do issuid from Kangara repair centre. Kindly pay cost of my mobile. Action to be taken against company and dealer. To be pay cost of phone with all expensive.
