Sir 4 months before I bought this mobile phone suddenly one month before I had given to service centre still now they not attend my problem how long I am waiting no answering after my mobile given to service centre so many problems I am facing they are already recharge my mobile number only I am using 10 days net pack remaining days I am not using and I am using I mobile for cash transactions last 23 days I could not do any transaction these are I am facing the problem.

2 years back I purchased a water purifier through online which costs around Rs.17000, by the way of EMI. But before I closed the last month's due, the machine stopped working, so I called the service person. After the verification he told that the cartridge has lost its life and we have to change it. But this will not fall under the free service category, so we have spent from our own pocket.We had no other options, so I spent another Rs.5000 to change it. But withhold the last EMI as I was not at all happy with the product as well as service. But now, after 2 years a person called( she said she is the legal advisor) me on behalf the company Dr.Aquaguard and threatening me like if I fail to make the payment in 1 hour, they will file a case/complaint against me in Delhi high court. I would like to approach a consumer court to sort it out. Could anyone please guide me?
