Good evening sir/Madam
I customer kratika sharma bought Nokia 5.1 plus in the month of october on 10-10-2018 online from flipkart.1 month it worked ok after that in the month of january it started creating problem like sound and vibration and play store dn't support then i took it to service centre several times the problem continued and after some days i again went to the service centre they told me to leave the set with them there was some problem with the motherboard after 20 days they gave me the handset saying that the problem is resolved.after that i did not face the same problem but another new poblem call drop started and there are some blots on the screen.
I spoke several times to higher authority of nokia but they didnot solve my problem.I requested them to change the handset but they refused.I am facing lot of problem in contacting people.
I humbly request you to kindly take the necessary action and help me to replace my handset.It is a kind of torture to me to use the same handset with this problem.
