Head phone not working, bought a skullcandy uprock headphone in DEC2015

Sir,i bought a skullcandy uprock headphone in DEC2015 then within 3months one ear side stopped working .then again i had to send it to noida centre.they replaced it but again within 3months its all the same.now what do i do with it
