Complain about lava X38 4g, want to delete some item from memory card "No permission to telete"

Dear sir/madam,
I have 32GB memory card in lava mobile model no. X38 4g and my memory card having free space of 2GB.

sometimes i want to delete some item from memory card, but when i trying to delete any item from memory card, this massage shown on below screen.

"No permission to telete"

i have try to all permission in the phone settings, but i cant access.

I having 1 more problem on my phone that phone was sometimes hang on camera shoot. shoot can shown as completed but in the gallery that pic was blank and completely black

please give me quickly any solution of this problem.
