With reference to earlier mail communication on dated Mon 8th, Feb, 2016 7:44 PM,
This is sorry to say you are providing very poor service in Orissa circle.
I would like to share you my problem that i had taken an post paid connection last three month before.
in the name of Mudra Bazar, and that Hello No is - 1401418000,
I was got my first bill with a wrong in voice, where your billing department added another charges in my invoice. as discussed with your reliance web at Unit -4 M/S Sai Ram Communication, plot no-10, bhubaneswar, they told due to some technical issue this amount has been added to your account, it will automatically waived up to your next bill.
I am surprised when i got my next month bill there was an additional amount is added to my account @214/- , then i visited to M/S Sai Ram Communication, plot no-10, bhubaneswar, they have taken my complain to solve the problem. Now I have got my third month bill but this problem is still continue with me.
As discussed with your customer care they told me this an EMI But it’s very sorry to say I have not taken anything in EMI from Reliance communication.
