I have bought a Maruti Suzuki S Cross on 12 may 2016. It got some problem after a few days in Self Start system,when I go through the service center. They asked me to pay for it. I said its a new car and under warranty. But they asked me to pay for it. Then they provided me a bill(online) with zero amount. But dealers bill of approx 17000, saying 50% discount. Its an ambiguous situation for me. Then I asked a online bill then again it has zero amount but having an approx amount at the end. Also issued a letter claiming cancellation of previous bill. This is very humiliating for me. It has taken my life over savings. But no help I am getting. Please help me out.
