I had booked a commercial property in GAUR project in Gaur City Center at Noida Extension.The loan facility was availed through GAUR(Builder) from Indiabulls (Bank).
They had approve my loan amount as requested in demand latter but they(Indiabulls) paid the initial amount as per the construction linked plan and the rest amount around 3 lacs balanced and told us that this amount will be paid as per the builder bank agreement in subvention scheme.
The second demand has been sent to me and the bank as per payment plan.Then I forward the demand letter to the concerned persons and department.
After waiting 4-5 days there is no reply, then I contact the band personnel(Mr. Sachin Gupta & Mr. R.K. Gupta) and they told me that the funding for that project has been cancelled as per RBI guidelines even after my loan has been sanctioned.
Now builder asking to me for the remaining part of this booking and Bank is not funding that amount and asking to transfer that loan amount to another bank, however I agree to change the bank but the bank persons not assisting me and don't provide any docs to resubmit the application to another bank.
Kindly look into this matter as no one is doing favor on this case either Builder(GAUR) or Bank(Indiabulls).
