Wrong brand delivered, I have ordered a product(Lenovo laptop) from Flipkart

I have ordered a product(Lenovo laptop) from Flipkart(Order number- OD115788455442766000). But the product delivered was different. In turn the product delivered was Asus laptop.
I raised a return request on Flipkart on the same day, but it was canceled by Flipkart saying that you did not respond to the email. I did not get any email from Flipkart for any confirmation.
I raised a return request again approximately 6-7 times but again ended up with cancellation of the return request by flipkart.
There is no help from Flipkart and hence i have to file a complaint in consumer court to raise a concern.
Please help me out with this issue as the replacement time has also been expired.
