Mutual Fund, I have invested Rs.20000 in L&T mutual fund through Fisdom via online payment

I have invested Rs.20000 in L&T mutual fund through Fisdom via online payment as one time investment on 31/10/2018 but Fisdom has converted it to SIP . I have sent request to Fisdom to revert it back to one time payment, but Fisdom is not responding.I have tried to contact through customer care many times but they have not responded as yet.
