MF Redemption proceeds not received - ICICI Securities Ltd

I have an ebrokerage a/c No. 850221560 with ICICI securites Ltd/ ICICIdirect.com, and make my investments online.
On 26-03-18, I ordered redemption of following Mutual funds;
1. Transaction ID.60518286 for Rs. 30,000 from SBI Midcap Fund, and
2. Transaction ID. 60518346 for Rs.30,000 from L&T Business Cycles Fund.
Against these redemptions, I only received Rs. 18137.00 and Rs. 19700.00 into my account.on 3-04-18, balance funds have not been received till date. For last one month, I have been writing numerous emails & complaints to their helpdesk/customer service, but to no avail. They neither reply, nor redress my complaint. Service Request No.539144204 is still pending, and I get idiotic replies, they dont even read my complaint !
I have complained to SEBI, ICICI Bank, & anybody & everybody. No redressal till date.
Please help me and widely publicise the state of affairs at ICICI securites Ltd to forewarn and awken the consumers.
