I had subscribed for ynetworks internet connection on 4thDec with user id EOC_0556 with a 50 GB permonth data plan and paid Rs 3300 for 3 months in advance and 1000 rupees also for modem.
Since then only one month the connection worked, after that the internet started getting disconnected frequently for which I have been complaining since then. First of all they dont give any complain number. On insisting then give it very rarely.
Here is a series of complain number with date.

every time I complained for frequent disconnection which happens 100s of time in a day but they are not giving me the solution. since last 4 days it is 100% dead.
They even dont know how to talk and I have paid for 3 months in which only one month I got the service.

I had done rechage of Rs 59 to my idea no 8966848013 bt recharge not success. After that i done another recharge of Rs 447 for data pack on same no . And i call idea customer care . Where Monika (idea care officer) told me that i have given both recharge benefit my both recharge data add to my no But after some previous recharge got successed. Than idea gave only Rs 59 recharge benefit. When i call idea customer care again they not admit my issue. And left me without refund.
So please sir action on my case and take imediate action against the idea company
