POOR PERFORMANCE OF THE TV AFTER MILTIPLE REPAIR AND REFUSED TO REPLACE

I HAVE BOUGHT A PANASONIC LED TV 32” MODEL NUMBER TH-32C401D FROM GREAT EASTERN TRADING CO, HABRA ON 01-11-2015 WITH INVOICE NUMBER 21/SA/1516/07589. WARRANTY OF THE TV WAS FOR 1 YEAR. I HAVE EXTEMDED THE WARRANTY FOR 2 YEARS WITH “BAJAJ ALLIANZ” INSURANCE. POLICY REFERENCE NUMBER: OG-16-1000-6609-00461978 AND CLAIM REFERENCE NUMBER: OC-18-2401-6609-00009372.
PROBLEM ON MY TV STARTED AFTER PANASONIC WARRANTY PERIOD (AFTER 1 YEAR). I HAVE INFROMED INSURANCE PERSONS TO REPAIR MY TV. THEY HAVE TAKEN MY TV AND RETURNED AFTER REPAIR (TECHNICIAN NAME MR. AVIJIT, MOB: 7003757472). BUT THE SAME PROBLEM STARTED AFTER FEW HOURS LATER AGAIN. AGAIN I HAVE CALLED THE PERSONS SAME INCIDENT HAD DONE BUT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED. THIS PROCEDURE WAS DONE BY 4 TIMES. CURRENTLY CONDITION OF MY TV IS VERY POOR AND THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED YET.
I HAVE UNDERSTOOD THAT THESE PERSONS HAVE NO ABILITY TO REPAIR MY TV AND THEY ARE DOING THE CONDITION OF MY TV VERY POOR DAY BY DAY.
I HAVE EXTENTED WARRANTY FOR BETTER SERVICES AS WELL TO REPLACE MY TV IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM, BUT THEY ARE REFUSED TO DO SO. PLEASE HELP ME TO REPLACE MY TV.
