Dear Sir,
I applied for visa through Immigration Consultancy Service named WWICS in karnal (Haryana) branch in the month of 25th Aug 2015 and for that i have deposited Rs 10,000 as cash and Rs 75,500 as cheque and i received only receipt for the same from WWICS, Karnal Branch and they also said that in case of discontinue, the deposited amount will be withdrawn. After a week due to personal reason i had to discontinue for further process, so i contacted to Karnal branch but consultant no. was responding switched off, than i went to Karnal Branch and i came to know that it is closed. Further i contacted to Chandigarh Head Office and after many calls they replied that Karnal Branch is closed and told that my file will be processed by Chandigarh-HO itself, when i asked for no response from Head office then they messaged me on 28th Sep 2015 that Karnal branch has been shifted to Mohali- HO due to administrative reason. I requested them that kindly refund my deposited amount as i want to discontinue due to personal reason, they replied that to send a mail with attached receipts and deposited amount will be refunded and they will revert after a week. I sent a mail on 15th oct 2015 and i got no response till a month, lastly i contacted to Head Office and asked for no revert, they said they have forwarded my file to upper level and told me to wait for a week, then on 21st Nov 2015 i got a mail from WWICS mentioned that “refund has been disapproved in your case which is totally in accordance with the terms of the agreement executed between you and the company as you failed to submit documents for the case processing”. Whereas there was no such agreement given to me, neither informed me about such type of agreement mentioned as above.
This is a kind request you to please sort out my issue as a fraud done with me and yet not got refund which i have deposited and closed my file by saying unrealistic statements mentioned in mail sent by WWICS. Please take serious and strict action against WWICS and help me to refund my deposited amount.
