Yesterday we boarded in hotel holiday plaza, in the morning hot water was not available. Poor illumination in the room. Hangers in the bathroom are broken. Poor interior. Poor Paint on the wall. Arrogant staff. No kids channel available. The charges were taken of executive ac. Overall cheating.
