I stayed in Oyo 1199 Hotel Maharaja on 13th April to 14th april. During the stay i asked for water bottle. They gave me Bisleri bootle MRP Rs 20/-, but on the check out date they charged me Rs 30 + Service Tax + GST for rs 20 Mrp bottle. They gave me bill with Rs 30 and told me go to consumer forum or any other place where every i could wish to. I request you to please take strict action against the hotel. I have the bill as well as the bottle image clearly showing the amount rs 20/-
