I am consumer of M/s Azad Gas Service, Haibowal Kalan, Ludhiana, vide consumer no. AZ-13898 which falls within the ambit of INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LIMITED. I have booked refil vide booking no.819872 dated 17-1-2017. But on 21-1-2017 at 1:32 PM, I have received from gas agency that door of my house is closed. Gas delivery boy has made false report that door closed whereas door of my house is always remained opened and ever closed. Report about door closed is false. It is unfair trade practice. Legal action be taken against the gas agency so they cannot dare to make false report and look in to the matter.
