My self manigandan ,i have ordered, called( car-shaped wireless mouse ) if we buy any wireless mouse from any other online shopping we get with dongle, but in club factory i saw the pics which you were updated for reference picture of the item .I saw it was wireless mouse with dongle . I have placed order on 13th may and delivered today when i unpack the item i got only mouse without dongle if i speak to customer care they are telling that sir you have order only name called car shaped wireless mouse so there no dongle written on in the item name, you will get only mouse without dongle . Then what the use of buying this item .really team am disappointment of the item if you can please send dongle . get me a proper solution from your team or company
