Not returning my Bluetooth Speaker Mivi Octave 2

I'd ordered Mivi octave 2 from Mivi official site on 22th November 2020, they delivered me defective speaker, I delivered speaker back to them they said it will take 14 days to repairs but it's been 21 days and still they didn't gave me update about it. They are saying sorry and sorry everytime I'd mail to them neither they are taking action nor they returning my gadget back.
