Complaint Details: Tab is not charging. Unable to use tab within one month of its purchase.Made Contact with nearest authorized Micromax Service Centre at Ranibagan, Berhampore, West Bengal.Service centre representative told it will take Rs 2200 /- to repair that fault. Afterwards checking said Tab informed me better to purchase new one. Good joke by Micromax.I was surprised as well as shocked how this Micromax Company cheating their customers. The said Tab never got any mechanical damage during my use.I used this tab with care. I am very much dissatisfied with this product of Micromax.
