MI20000 Portable Power Bank Not working Properly.

Dear Sir ,
I have purchase on line MI 20000 Portable Power Bank having invoice no. OID 337782 Code 234076 dated 01/03/2017 for Rs. 899/- cash on delivery . The said piece is under warranty .Their are two socket of charging the mobile one of the socket is not working properly . When we put mobile on charging it is not charging the device but lights are blinking .Whenever we charge MI 20000 Portable Power Bank 100% but the speed of charging the mobile is very slow . I am trying so many times your call center Mobile Number +918010445566 but it is not reachable hence I am not to contact you .
I think the said piece delivered it to me is defective .If you have any service center in Pune -411037 .Pl. give detail address so I can show the said defective piece and get it repaired or Replace the same.
Early action in this regards is Highly Appreciated .
