Return of my money Rs.5000 SBI account

Kindli inform you that my money of Rs.5000 has debited from my SBI account on dated 11/9/19 at 9:40 am without my mandate and I have given complaint to my branch sbi bank , Hazira Surat.I also have given written complaint within 3 days.
So I told to return money in my account , but bank is saying your tranjection has done through UPI Paytm. So they told me i am investing.I also informed to Cyber cell of Paytm about this matter ,but they are telling me by mail that the end user has withdrawn money so I would not able to refund your money.
So please do needful help for returning my money of Rs.5000 from third party.
