Hi Sir/Madam,
I need to lodge a complaint on a website https://www.ladybeautique.in/.

I had placed an order of 1 saree and 2 suits (COD) on this website on Feb 12th. I got a confirmation message too. it got delivered to me on feb 15th.i have received wrong items. i only received 2 items.(one saree and one suit). ! item missing. I tried calling them and mailing them. No response. Please try to get my refund.

    I had ordered one suit and one kurti but i got a third class lahnga I got a confirmation message too. i have received wrong items. i only received 1 item.. ! item missing. I tried calling them and mailing them. No response. Please try to get my refund.

    I had placed an order of product on this website on March 17 2018. I got a confirmation message too. it got delivered to me on 23rd March . I have received wrong item (instead of long Anarkali gown I got one suit). ! I tried calling them and them. No response. Please try to get my refund. It's hard earned money.. We purchase on website to save time and save some money on discounts.

    This is cheating.kindly help me to get back my money. Hopes with regards.

    Installed Cruise air-conditioners VQ1B veriqool invertor A.C. and is not cooling. Several complaint through customer care had been made, but they are unable to rectify the defect.The A C had been purchased on 31/04/2019,and is not cooling since installation.
