This is Regarding Booking id NH7P003480053269. I have booked the hotel for Berlin Germany from 28th April 2018 to 16th May 2018. While Booking through Make My trip iOS app its showing Hotel Gates Novum Berlin "Free cancellation till 21-04-2018 and Pay at hotel option" at that time (like document 1 ). after confirming the credit card and other details i have completed my booking. After booking confirmed and in booking Voucher its showing Free cancellation not available and Pay at hotel option are available (Document 2) . I called to the make my trip customer care within 2 hours of booking regarding this first they told we will talk to the hotel and our back-end team is working on that will solve shortly your issue. (Complaint No-180412-059316) and after 10 to 15 min money deducted from my account (EUR 1680.76 credit card charge me currency conversion and other taxes for this transaction)((Document 3)) Later on when i called them at that time they are telling you are booked through booking.com and from your account booking.com deducted the amount and you have choose the non refunded amount room while booking. later on 3rd time i have called them regarding my booking and faced problem they told me our back-end team is working on that and will solve in 48 hours. Complaint no 180416-052881. But Till now (120 hours) my issue was not solved and not getting proper response from make my trip costumer care. Issue faced. 1. Showing wrong information before hotel booking (like free cancellation and pay at hotel option) (Document 1) 2. After booking showed different option like (Free cancellation not available and pay at hotel only option available ). (Document 2) 3. Deducted the full amount and till now in make my trip booking information showing pay at hotel. (Document 3) Related document attached. Make my trip is running fraud. Please help to check or suggest if need to file FIR against Make My Trip
