Excess Billing beyound Credit Limit

I am a Post Paid Customer of Tata DoCoMo Navi Mumbai circle, having mobile no. 8655852317.

I have given instruction to give credit limit of bill is Rs. 600/- since Feb 16. In spite of credit limit every time I am receiving bill more than Rs. 1000/-. I have raise complain for several times however they are not doing the justice. Since more than one month I am sending the message for PORT but due to there system problem it could not happen and this time once again last bill for June 16 is Rs. 1187/-. When I am not interested to use their services why should I pay. Due to their system problem I am the sufferer and wont be able to port the no.

    I had raise a complain against Tata DoCoMo service provider of excess billing ( EXCESS BILLING BEYOND CREDIT LIMIT) DT. 16th June 2016. They have totally stopped my service and I am loosing my business. Pls let me know how can I get resolution.
