Keto diet didn’t give promised results

This is to bring to your attention that I subscribed for Keto diet plan for 30 . Attached is the invoice. After I spoke to your nutritionist on getting no result I was told to do my Thyroid test done as imbalance in thyroid could be the cause. I got my test done and my tests are perfectly in order. Attached is the report.
I spoke to the nutritionist, the sales executive and also the senior person from the company but no satisfactory answer is received.
U people boast of star chef and star nutritionist but in my opinion it’s loss of time and money if desired results are not obtained, ur website clearly boasts of weight loss through keto meals but u never care of giving results as u r just concerned till u get the payment which is given in advance. I bore with the irregular delivery timings. At times the breakfast which was supposed to deliver at 9 am used to be delivered at 11-12 noon . At times dinner was at 3 pm , other times after 7 pm. Complaints used to be unheard. This shows ur real standards of consumer satisfaction. But I would have appreciated if you guys could help me in getting desired results for weight and inch loss instead of boasting about star chef and star nutritionist.
Anyway since ur company failed to provide me any result, I request for a full refund of money.
Since there’s no response from your side, I have no choice but to register my complaint with the consumer forum .A lot of my precious time has already been wasted by ur false assurances and carefree attitude after extracting money from the consumer.
