i had purchased pepsi 600ml bottle,from a local cold drink shop who charged me 35rs instead of 32rs.i had said him that why he is charging 3rs extra,then he told that pepsi does not give money for seving it cold.then i said but according to consumer court no one can sell a packed bottle more than MRP.then he said i am not giving any bill so you cant claim.sir kindly tell what to do for this.

I am Vijay kumar stay in neredmet x road Madhura nagar road no 2 in our area kirana shop selling cool drink and groussery items and other items selling more then mrp I request you to take necessary action on shop keepers we asked about this issue they are replaying rudely please help us for justification.
