Hi Sir,

My name is Dilip Das (PAN NO : BCMPD2292N). I have joined the Asergis Telecomm Services pvt ltd in September 04 2017. Form last two years i have been working on this company due to project delivery date missed the company management decided terminate the to me without any notice period on 03-09-2019.

The company is not paying my 2.5 Month salary which is pending from company side. For Janauary 2019 month salary, February 2019 month (15Days salary) and October 2019 Month salary. And when i discussed with HR ( Ritu Aggarwal she is now in UK and her contact no is :- +44 7557 305175) She is always saying we have not fund in bank but all other members salary they paid.

Right now i am staying with my family with one kid. I have to pay loan amount and school fee which is due. the bank is asking again and again on daily bases. I am getting frosted in my life due to i have no money and no Jobs. I am not sure how to survive here in Delhi. My Address is WB-49, Shakarpur, Delhi.
