VideoconD2H Recharge amount going to wrong account

My recharge amount is going to old account (cust id:156202866) . the total balance in old account is now Rs. 1535.

I am asking videocon to transfer this balance to my new account (cust id: 156267310) and delete the old account to avoid the problem in the future.

I am following this case with them for last 3 months but have not heard anything from videocon.
