iN TH MONTH OF MARCH THIS YEAR I HAD SUBSECRIBED FOR DIAMOND PACKAGE OF VIDECON DTH AND PAIED 2500/ FOR INSTALLATION CHARGES WITH A MONTHLY AGREED CHARGES OF RS 450/. SINCE LAST TWO MONTH THEY ARE CHARGING RS475/ FOR 21 DAYS , AS THEY REDUCE THE PAYMENT DT BY A WEEK AND FORING ME TO PAY RS 475/. THEY AHVE ALOS ADDED MANY LANGUAGE CHANNELS WHICH ARE NOT BEING USED BY ME. THIS IS A SORT OF INTELLIGENCE WAY OF CHEATING THE CONSUMER BY THE COMPANY. THROUGH THIS FORM I WOLD LIKE THE COMPANY TO CORRECT THE SAME IMMEDIATELY.
