TV complaint Videocon DTH about Sony Ten 1 HD not visible

Hello ,
I had recharged one year package" New south patinum HD" which was told to me by your customer care which will include all HD package. Now when I check Sony ten 1 HD (927) it says "Channel not subscribed".
I was able to see the channel couple of months back. I called customer care they said it was promotional package.. If this was promotional package then why there no update to me over mail or call at time of recharge. If there is any change in policy then this should impact new customer not old customer. If such is the scenario then what is point of recharging New south patinum HD that too for one year.
This is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating for customer like me who has recharge one year package. Even after paying 7500 plus all HD channel are not visible.
This is what I got reply from customer care which is absolutely ridiculous.
We are in receipt of your email regarding Videocon d2h services for Customer ID - 119680485.
We would like to inform you that Sony Ten1/Ten2/Ten3/Ten1 HD channel(s) were being offered as a part of subscription to all our customers on promotional basis till 27th November 2017. However, if you wish to subscribe these channel(s), the same will be available specially for you at a discounted a-la-carte price as mentioned below. We request you to write us back with below mentioned channels name which you wish to subscribe with respect to your current subscription.
